August 5th, 2008 at 12:28 amFrom my experience, the MacBook Air doesn’t have any issues with its battery. I routinely get 4 to 5 hours of runtime from my Air. Additionally, replacing a 1.6Ghz Core2Duo with a 1.6Ghz Atom processor would render the Air a rather anemic machine as far as performance goes. I would certainly say that Apple is on the right track with the Air as it is (though incremental improvements are certainly welcome)
